   You may consider your selection Reserved when you possess:
    

• Rates Include All Tolls, NJ State sales tax & Gratuity.
• Includes: Bottles of water, Ice, Glasses, Napkins.
• Final Payments Due 14 Days Before PROM Date
• We accept Cash, Money Order or Certified Bank Check.

• When an exotic limousine is reserved, we lock-in your limousine selection and chauffer.
• Your deposit prevents anyone else from booking your limousine selection on the day and time of your booking.

 Terms & Conditions

1. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
2. A fee of 250.00 for each carpet or seat burn.
3. Sanitation fee is 250.00.
4. Damages to TV’s, Radio or DVD Player fee is $400.
5. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
6. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
7. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. 8- Smoking is not permitted in all of our limousines.
8. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible to provide a similar or an upgraded vehicle to continue the ride or making up lost time at a mutually agreed date if that is the customer wish.
9. Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet and the rate will depend on the hourly rate of the requested Limousine.
10. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).
11. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
12. BALANCES have to be paid in full with (cash, check or money order) two weeks prior to the event date.
13. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
    
    

 Cancelation Policy

1. 20% NON Refundable Deposit is required for all PROM reservations.
2. PROMS must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to the event or balance must be paid in full.(cash, check or money order
